The ACC Community Center offers a variety of aquatics programs including water safety classes, lifeguard training, diving lessons and teams, swimming lessons, and recreational and competitive swim teams.
Residents can use the Lap Pool, Wader Pool, Leisure Pool - Water Park, and Diving Well for exercise and also for family recreation time. In addition, the facilities are used for training both recreational and competitive swim and diving teams. The Lap Pool is open year-round, but the others are limited to warmer Arizona months.

The Aquabats Recreational Swim Team and Anthem's year-round competitive Dolphin Swim Team offer superior instruction, coaching, and organized area swim meets.

ACC Lap Pool closed for general maintenance and water change, Dec. 23, 2013 – Jan. 1, 2014. Will reopen on Jan. 2, 2014.
General Pool Rules
- Children 13 yrs. and younger must be accompanied by an adult age 18 or older.
- Current Members Only
Residents must be current in their membership status to use all ACC Community Center facilities.
To check membership status, stop by the front desk.
Plastic Undergarments Required
Non-toilet trained children/incontinent adults are required to wear diaper covers/plastic undergarments at all times when swimming in ACC Community Center pools. Covers are available for purchase at the ACC Community Center’s front desk for $3.
Children are allowed to wear Coast Guard approved life jackets only; however, parents must still remain within arm’s reach of any child wearing a life jacket. Floatie swim suits, armbands, inner tubes, swim noodles, beach balls, Frisbees and other such items are NOT allowed.
Coolers are allowed at the ACC Community Center Lap Pool and Water Park. Staff will check all coolers upon entrance to the pool for glass containers and alcoholic beverages, both of which are prohibited. If any of these items are found, they will be disposed of immediately.
Designated Eating Areas
For the health and safety of all patrons using ACC Community Center pools, and to ensure deck cleanliness, two designated eatimng areas have been established where food will be permitted - adjacent and to the west end of the Water Park and Lap pools. All food, including snacks and drinks, will be required to be contained in these new areas by all patrons. For added convenience, food concession vendors are available in the area adjacent to the Water Park, as well as tables, chairs, and umbrellas in both designated locations.Water is permitted throughout all outdoor areas.
Smoking is prohibited in the Water Park.
